Robert Kerr is an Associate Vice President of NAI San Diego.

Rob is knowledgeable on all aspects of office, industrial, retail and investment real estate. His primary focus is on the sale, purchase and/or lease of industrial or office properties in Central San Diego and retail or investment properties throughout San Diego County. He represents owners, buyers, and tenants, guiding them through each transaction.

Rob came to NAI San Diego with an extensive, diverse background, including appraising commercial/investment real estate for several years. He has run all facets of operations for Start Up to Fortune 500 companies and fully understands how real estate decisions affect the bottom line. Rob’s expertise can help strengthen value, reduce operating costs and improve bottom line profitability.

Rob was educated in Canada at the University of Alberta, in addition to other higher education institutions such as the CMA and AACI. He is currently a CCIM candidate and continues to keep current with the latest in industry techniques, standards and market conditions. This ensures that he maintains/increases his knowledge base, to better serve his clients. Rob is also of member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Rob has been a resident of San Diego since 1997 when he relocated from Canada to run operations for an international company head quartered in San Diego. He resides in Rancho Penasquitos with his wife Collette and has three active children. He is involved with numerous community organizations. He also enjoys all sports whether he is coaching, participating or just a spectator, as well as just spending time with the family.
